Can I return my hearing aids?

 

Hearing aids are customized medical devices that require programming before use. Once pre-programming has been completed and the sealed package has been opened, the hearing aid cannot be used by another person. Therefore, opened hearing aids are considered non-returnable.

However, hearing aids may be eligible for return under limited circumstances. Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the device does not switch on, provided that you notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.
